Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 August 2026

By using Kiut you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use the service.

What Kiut does

Kiut schedules and publishes content to Instagram accounts you connect, and shows you the engagement those posts receive. It acts on your behalf, using the permissions you granted, and only on accounts you connected yourself.

Your account

You need a valid email address to sign in. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox, because anyone who receives the sign-in link can enter your account. You must be old enough to hold an Instagram professional account.

Your content

What you publish is yours. You keep every right to it, and you are responsible for having the right to publish it — including images, music and anything featuring other people. We do not claim ownership and we do not use your content to train machine learning models.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kiut to:

Instagram's own terms apply on top of these, and they win where they conflict.

What we do not promise

Kiut depends on Instagram's API, which can change, fail or refuse a request without notice. We cannot guarantee that a scheduled post will be published, on time or at all. When publishing fails we tell you why, and we retry when the failure looks temporary. The service is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event.

Stopping

You can stop whenever you want: disconnect your accounts or delete your account — see deleting your data. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why unless the law prevents it.

Changes

If we change these terms we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Kiut after that means you accept them.

Contact

Kiut is operated from Brazil, and these terms are governed by Brazilian law. Questions: contato@kiut.app.
